Churrascuria

 

 

A typical Restaurant from Argentina/Brazil. The concept is that the meat is grilled in Whole pieces over an open flame and brought to the table on a stick/sword directly from the grill. The waiter will cut the amount of meat to the liking of the guest. This will continue with 12-15 different cuts of meat. The guest can eat as much as he/she likes.

 

Churrascuria style concept whereby a set menu is served starting with a bowl of hearty soup and warm bread or a salad bar, and then a variety of spit-barbecued meat (including chicken, lamb, beef, sausages and maybe games) is served in progression by the waiter and served to the guest included as well.  This is an all-you-can-eat type of menu and the meats ought to change regularly.

 

The grill is a piece of art topped with a powerful exhaust system to avoid smoke disturbing dinners. Sitting arrangement is very flexible in order to accommodate small and large groups of customers.

 - must have been in charge for team of 10-15 people

 - Eager to grow and to become a manager

 - English minimum, Arabic is a bonus

Mobile Allowance                              : $ 27      “Monthly except during vacations”

2 to 3 years in similar position in a Churrascaria restaurant. Supervisory experience of small team including scheduling and training.

4/ 5 stars hotel experience.

Has already worked oversea.

 

Special Skills & Knowledge

Comfortable in working à la carte (cold, hot and pastry section). Has excellent knowledge of Churrascaria concept including marinades and different meat cuts.

Computer literate. Trainer skills and qualifications. Knowledge of wines (South American and other countries).
